By accessing or using the KhelTrip website, mobile application, or any services offered (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and KhelTrip ("we," "us," "our").

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
KhelTrip acts as an intermediary between users and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, event organisers, tour operators, etc.). We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of all travel services unless expressly stated.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from KhelTrip. KhelTrip reserves the right to cancel any booking if incorrect pricing or availability errors occur, with a full refund issued in such cases.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees unless noted. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing.
The AI Trip Planner provides personalised recommendations based on your inputs. It is a planning tool only — all recommendations are subject to availability, pricing, and final confirmation. KhelTrip does not guarantee that AI-suggested itineraries will be available or accurate.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by product and service provider. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed information. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable cancellation terms.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the underlying AI models — is the property of KhelTrip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The KhelTrip name, logo, and all related names, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, travel operators). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties. Your interactions are governed by their respective terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KhelTrip, its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by KhelTrip. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Mumbai, India. Each party shall bear its own costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KhelTrip regarding your use of the Platform.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
